WHAT IS IT?

Mindfulness and Meditation is a way to truly experience the current moment, free from distraction and judgement and be aware of our thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them.

 

 

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY TREATMENT?

These person centred classes are designed to teach you the basics of the Mindfulness principles and how to integrate that awareness into your everyday life.
 

 

WHAT IS IT USEFUL FOR?

Mindfulness and Meditation  can help you better manage your stress and work through emotional blockages and find a more peaceful and balanced mindset.

 

HOW LONG IS A SESSION AND WHAT WILL IT COST?

30 minutes or longer.
